Considering the subsequent publication in the journal Surgery Oral, Oral Medicine, Oral Pathology and Oral Radiology of abstracts submitted to the Congress, SOBEP was responsible for following up the review in English to ensure quality in the writing of abstracts. Last year congressmen were asked to attach an English-language revision voucher to their abstracts, which could be performed by a qualified company. However, we had numerous problems. In addition to paying more for it, many congressmen had difficulty sending the appropriate voucher because many companies were not always really qualified for this purpose.
This way, it has been decided that for non-members, regardless of the category (undergraduate, post-graduate and professional), a single fee will be charged worth R$ 50.00 to bear the translator�s expenses. For members, as a way to value them, regardless of the category (undergraduate, post-graduate and professional), SOBEP is offering free revisions.

Note: Undergraduate and Graduate are exempt from payment of tuition fee to join SOBEP. To do so, they need to register as members on the � SOBEP website and present supporting documents. From 2016 on , the Post Graduate Student�s membership, a fee of R$ 50,00 will be charged.

Registrations must be sent through online form filling out observing the deadlines for each subscription mode. The payment of the relevant fees for each of the forms of participation in the event can be made after the submission of papers, provided that such submission is made until February 2016. After this date, submissions may only be made after registration fee payment.
The application will only be effective upon submission of supporting documents relating to the chosen category.
Registrations are personal and not transferable, with no reimbursements.
