Resumo: Oral manifestations in diseases such as Erythema Multiforme (EM), Stevens-Johnson Syndrome (SJS), and Toxic Epidermal Necrolysis (TEN) represent crucial clinical aspects often accompanying these severe dermatological conditions. While distinct in their etiologies and severities, these diseases share similar clinical characteristics, including mucocutaneous lesions that can affect the oral cavity. Ten patients were evaluated in a hospital servisse, with predominantly erythematous lesions in the oral mucosa associated with cutaneous lesions. The classes of medications used varied from analgesics, anticonvulsants, antineoplastics, and others. Histopathological examinations showed diverse results, often indicating lymphocytic infiltrates and perivascular inflammation, as well as basal layer vacuolization, enabling the final diagnosis within one of the three disease groups. All patients were treated with lasertherapy and experienced significant regression of lesions. Understanding these oral manifestations is crucial for early diagnosis and effective management of these conditions, thus ensuring oral health and the quality of life of affected patients.
