Resumo: This report details the cases of four patients diagnosed with cysticercosis affecting the head and neck. The patients included three males, aged 60, 30, and 14, and one 17-year-old female, presenting with nodular lesions in various cervicofacial locations and cutaneous eruptions across the body. Diagnostic imaging and fine-needle aspiration cytology were utilized to identify Taenia sp. structures, confirming the diagnosis of cysticercosis. The treatment involved a pharmacological regimen of Ivermectin, Albendazole, and Praziquantel, leading to varied resolutions, with surgical intervention being necessary in three cases. This study underscore the diagnostic challenge of the condition and highlight the importance of dentists being aware of parasitic manifestations that may arise in the head and neck.
