Resumo: Objective: To analyze the epidemiological profile of cases reported in the Tele-Stomatology project apps in Brazil, as well as the profile of professionals registered in these apps. Study Design: This cross-sectional study utilized a descriptive approach and indirect documentation technique, utilizing data from the Tele-Stomatology project in Brazil. Data were collected from participating states: Acre, Amapá, Amazonas, Paraíba, Minas Gerais, Mato Grosso, and Mato Grosso do Sul, between April 2021 and March 2024. Information included the number of registered professionals, their gender and age, distribution by healthcare unit, reported cases, diagnostic suspicions, patients demographics, habits, addictions, and lesion locations. Descriptive analysis was conducted using Excel® software. Results: 1,191 professionals are registered, with 69.52% female and 30.48% male, averaging 36 years old, mainly in Primary Care. There were 732 reported cases, with 11% suspected malignant neoplasms, 9.5% potentially malignant disorders, and 78.8% other lesions. Of these, 53.96% were female patients, averaging 46 years old. Among habits, 57.1% were smokers, with tongue (27.2%) and palate (18.8%) being common lesion locations. Conclusion: The Tele-Stomatology project serves as a valuable tool in educating Unified Health System professionals for identifying and diagnosing oral lesions.
