Resumo: Objective: To assess the organizational readiness for the implementation of the Tele-Stomatology Project in the State of Amazonas, Brazil. Study Design: This is a cross-sectional, descriptive implementation study conducted with dentists in Amazonas, Brazil. A questionnaire was developed with three measures for organizational readiness assessment: Intervention Acceptability Measure (AIM), Intervention Appropriateness Measure (IAM), and Intervention Feasibility Measure (FIM). The questionnaire was administered following the project presentation. Data were tabulated in Excel and analyzed using descriptive statistics. Results: The study included 34 dentists with an average age of 38.30 ± 9.80 years. Of the participants, 13 (38.2%) were male and 21 (61.80%) were female, with the majority (14; 41.20%) having no specialization and an average practice duration of 10.90 ± 8.20 years. The AIM score was 4.88, while the IAM and FIM scores were both 4.75. Conclusion: In this way, it can be seen that oral health service professionals in Amazonas are prepared to face the challenge of implementing the project, making it viable in the Unified Health System.
