Título: Case report of drug-induced osteonecrosis in type I neurofibromatosis.

Resumo: Patient, female, 73 years old, Caucasian, born in Vitória-ES. His main complaint was bone exposure in the jaw after the extraction of element 47 caused by the use of the drug Denosumab (prolia), with a therapeutic proposal of photobiomodulation (PDT). In her health history, she had previously been diagnosed with neurofibromatosis type I. During the intra and extra oral physical examination, signs of crows disease were examined in both armpits, the absence of lish nodules but several nodules spread throughout the body, with a rubbery consistency and painless but 7 of them biopsied and with anatomopathological result of neurofibromas. In the left mandibular retromolar region, a sessile-based nodule with a hard consistency and pinkish-white color was observed. An excisional biopsy was then performed and sent to the laboratory for histopathological analysis. In the follow-up after complete regression of the aforementioned bone exposure by 4 sessions of low-power red laser....
