Resumo: Pemphigus vulgaris (PV) is a rare autoimmune disease characterized by the formation of intraepithelial blisters in epithelium that easily rupture. The aim of this study is to report a case of oral PV with cutaneous manifestations. Woman patient, 39 years old, presented to the oral medicine service with desquamative and whitish lesions on the buccal gingiva, labial mucosa, and soft palate. She complained of pain and burning sensation. The patient refers the presence of papules on the skin and lesions on the vulva. Nikolskys sign was positive, and an incisional biopsy was performed. Histopathological examination revealed an intraepithelial cleft above the basal layer and moderate inflammatory infiltrate in the connective tissue. The patient was referred to a rheumatologist and is undergoing treatment with prednisone 120 mg per day.
