Resumo: We report two cases of benign lymphovascular malformations of very rare localization at the level of the mouth, whose histopathology can be confused with various malignant vascular lesions. Case 1: A 49-year-old male with no systemic history presented with an erythematous macule on the lateral border of the tongue that caused slight pain and bleeding when chewing. Case 2: 18-year-old male, with no systemic history, presented a reddish nodule located on the left cheek at the level of parts 34 and 35, which protruded into the mouth and deformed the skin in the area. She did not present pain, its evolution time was two months. The histology of both lesions was sui generis, showing vascular spaces with thin walls, of different sizes, whose endothelial cells protruded towards the lumen, had scant cytoplasm, prominent nucleus, hyperchromatic, with indistinguishable nucleolus. Treatment consisted of complete excision, controls showed no recurrence.
