Resumo: Oral neurovascular hamartoma are rare bening lesions characterized by a variety of clinical and histological features . Their treatment is surgical excision and anatomopathological analysis is the gold standard for diagnosing these lesions. We present a series of three clinical cases of neurovascular hamartoma in women aged between 20 and 58, located on the tongue and lower labial mucosa, with varying characteristics, from smooth submucosal nodules to papules with a papillomatous appearance, normochromic, painless, which were submitted to incisional biopsies and histological analysis showed the presence of nerve bundles and blood vessels. Although rare, the neurovascular hamartoma should be considered in the differential diagnosis of oral lesions.
