Resumo: Oral papillary carcinoma is a rare disease that occurs in the oropharynx and is rare in the oral cavity. A 55-year-old female patient presented to the clinic for mobility of the right lower first molar. Oral examination revealed a tumor lesion on the alveolar ridge from vestibular to lingual from the first premolar to the right lower first molar, with a granular surface, firm consistency, measuring 2.5x1.5x0.9 cm with mobility of the adjacent teeth. On imaging examination: widening of the periodontal ligament and involvement of the furca of the right lower first molar. The biopsy led to the diagnosis of oral papillary carcinoma. He was referred to a cancer center for treatment. He had a right-sided mandilectomy and is receiving radiation therapy. Oral papillary carcinoma is rare, requiring histopathological diagnosis and long-term monitoring.
