Título: BASALOID SQUAMOUS CELL CARCINOMA AT BUCCAL FLOUR: CASE REPORT

Resumo: The 58 years old man, go to the stomatology clinic at school of dentistry in west of SC, because a presence of lesion in buccal floor. Patient had a smoker and alcoholic habits. He doesn't know report the time of the lesion. The lesion was localized at buccal floor and presented as a reddish ulcer, sessile, unpainful and with 5 centimeters in diameter. Incisional biopsy was performed and showed an epithelial neoplasm with epithelial cells in basaloid formats, arrange in islands with central necrosis, with the final diagnosis of basaloid squamous cell carcinoma. The patient was referring to oncological service to realize the treatment. The patient was submitted to chirurgical treatment to remove the lesion. Patient still in follow up and he is recurrence and metastasis free.
