Título: ORAL METASTATISIS OF RENAL CLEAR CELL CARCINOMA: A CASE REPORT

Resumo: A 65-year-old male patient, with a history of renal cell carcinoma and type 2 diabetes, presented to an Oral Medicine service with a fibroelastic lesion situated in the left retromolar triangle. Progressive growth and paresthesia of the tongue and lip, both on the left side, were reported beginning 30 days prior. CT revealed an expansive soft tissue lesion, measuring approximately 2.8x2.0cm, with invasion of the medial pterygoid muscle. Additionally, extensive erosion of the branch and angle of the mandible were noted, suggesting a malignant neoplastic process. To establish a definitive diagnosis, an incisional biopsy was performed, revealing squamous mucosa infiltrated by clear epithelioid cell neoplasm. The immunohistochemistry profile revealed positivity for CKM, Vimentin, CAIX, CD10 and PAX8. Subsequently, the patient was referred to the Head and Neck Surgery Department for surgical treatment, followed by adjuvant immunotherapy and radiotherapy.
