Resumo: The study objective conduct an epidemiological survey of cases of salivary gland lesions seen in the pathology sector in the period from 2013 to 2019 and carry out an integrative review. This is a cross-sectional study, with time cut of 07 years. Data from patients with salivary gland lesions submitted to biopsy and histopathological. The data obtained were distributed by histopathological diagnosis, taking into account the location of the lesion and the clinical data (gender and age) and tabulated in graphs and tables. The statistical treatment was carried out under simple and relative frequency analysis using Excel. For results had 143 salivary gland diagnosed, 60.1% were non-neoplastic salivary gland lesions (LNNGS) and mucus leakage phenomena(MLP) represented 81.4% of LNNGS. Neoplastic lesions of the salivary gland (LNGS), 39.9%, mostly benign neoplasms (88%), with emphasis on Pleomorphic Adenoma, 68%. Only 7 malignant neoplasms of the salivary gland were found. In conclusion, LNNGS were more prevalent than LNGS, with emphasis MLP that most affected the lower lip salivary glands. Among the LNGS, benign neoplasms were the most commonly found and diagnosed as AP, the parotid gland being the most affected.
