Resumo: A 22-year-old female patient presented to the stomatology clinic with the following chief complaint: "Two years ago, a lump appeared in my mouth and it was painless, but now it has started to bother me a little." Intraoral physical examination revealed an increase in volume in the vestibular fornix region between elements 13, 14, and 15 with a mobile, well-defined nodular lesion that was painful to touch. Vitality testing was positive for the related teeth. Panoramic radiography and serological tests were requested, with no alterations detected. It was decided to perform an excisional biopsy, and histopathological analysis showed Antoni A and B patterns, consistent with Schwannoma. The patient continues to be monitored, with no recurrence of the lesion. After excisional biopsy and histopathological analysis, the report concluded compatibility with Schwannoma.
