Resumo: A 62-year-old male patient with a history of chemotherapy and radiotherapy treatment in the head and neck region due to squamous cell carcinoma in the oropharyngeal region. He was undergoing dental treatment due to radiation caries and post-radiotherapy periodontal treatment after 2 years of radiotherapy. During the course of treatment, he presented with a single, sessile, exophytic, white, verrucous, regular, clear, fibrosed nodular lesion and a small dilation of salivary ducts located on the lower lip. It was decided to perform an excisional biopsy, and the histopathological analysis diagnosed nonspecific chronic sialadenitis, suggesting clinical correlation with glandular cheilitis. Due to the risk of transformation into cancer, the patient is under observation, with no recurrence of the lesion.
