Resumo: Patient, M.L, 29 years old, with a history of osteosarcoma in the right femur in 2009, attended the dentistry and stomatology ambulatory in November 2020 with a growing lesion in the gingival region to tooth 21. Panoramic radiography and computerized tomography exams were requested and evaluated and scheduled for biopsy. A diagnosis cemento-ossifying fibroma was given. The patient presented a new lesion in the upper gingival region where a new biopsy was performed in April 2023 with a diagnosis of high-grade osteosarcoma osteoblastic and a partial maxillectomy and obturator prosthesis were performed. Patient with high suspicion of Li-Fraumeni Syndrome and family history of daughter, sister, nephew and mother with osteosarcoma and rhabdomyosarcoma. In March 2024, the patient presented with a recurrence of a lesion on the palate with an anatomopathological diagnosis of osteosarcoma opted for a surgical procedure with resection of the left hemiface. The patient is currently being monitored.
