Resumo: Clear Cell Renal Carcinoma is the most common subtype of renal carcinoma and has a great metastatic capacity. A 60-year-old, male, leucoderma patient attended Stomatology Outpatient Clinic complaining of a nodular lesion on the right side of the tongue, measuring 6 cm, with firm consistency, endophytic, associated with a central portion, ulcerated, bleeding and exophytic and in the ventral portion, a 2 cm nodular lesion, with 9 months of evolution. An Incisional biopsy was performed, with the clinical hypothesis of Salivary Gland Neoplasm. Microscopically, a neoplastic lesion was observed with proliferation of clear cells arranged in nests, acinar architecture, with the formation of vascular spaces. Immunohistochemistry was positive for PAX-8, Carbonic Anhydrase and pancytokeratin (AE1/AE2) indicating Clear Cell Carcinoma with metastasis of possible renal origin. The patient was referred to an oncologist. The primary renal tumor was identified and the patient complies with the immunotherapy protocol.
