Resumo: The Limb-girdle muscular Dystrophy (LGMD) represents a heterogeneous group of muscular diseases with dominant and recessive inheritance, and the patient loses capacity because of progressive weakness, predominantly affects the pelvic and scapular region. The objective of this study is reports a clinic case of LGMD, attended the dental service for patients with special needs. A 12-years-old-femmy, has muscle weakness, difficulty chewing, digestion and vomiting problems, need help for walking, had surgery on both legs, monitored by a psychologist, physiotherapist, geneticist, neurologist and cardiologist, the patient has sad behavior. The oral and periodontal examination was normal, the dental evaluation, it presents crowding, tooth decay 36, 37, 46 and 47. Dental restorations were made and the orthodontist requested panoramic X-ray and continues to be monitored. In the moment, patient is under medical, because was losing more movement, and need dentistry supervision.
