Título: ORAL BURKITT'S LYMPHOMA: A CASE REPORT OF 4 YEARS OF FOLLOW-UP

Resumo: Burkitt's lymphoma is an aggressive form of non-Hodgkin's B-cell lymphoma represented as an undifferentiated lymphoma with significant affinity to gnathic bones, mostly on males and children. This case reports a 12 years-old masculine patient complaining about diffuse pain in the oral archers. Clinic exam found an increase of volume on vestibule of mouth left side of mandible and teeth mobility. Image analysis presented altered bone trabeculae, some teeth showing loss of lamina dura and thinned and perforated cortical plates on left mandible. Incisional biopsy was performed, histological exam suggested lymphoproliferative lesion and immunohistochemical analysis confirmed diffuse lymphoid proliferation. Afterwards, the patient was referred to chemotherapy treatment and, after approximately 60 days, the lesion regressed and neoformation of bone was observed. Nowadays, the patient is stable and has no alterations.
