Resumo: GXP, 75 years old, male, history of congenital hemangioma on the nasal dorsum, noticed a change in behavior with growth and ulceration in 2021. Biopsy revealed characteristics of malignant transformation with a diagnosis of angiosarcoma. He underwent surgical treatment for total resection of the nose, with rotation of local flaps to reduce the surgical defect, complemented by teleradiotherapy at a dosage of 6600cgy (33 sessions). To minimize the aesthetic and psychological impact of the mutilation, an immediate adhesive nasal prosthesis was initially performed. Eighteen months after the end of treatment, he underwent a surgical procedure to fix osseointegrated implants in the maxilla to fix an implant-retained nasal prosthesis. The manufacture of the prosthetics followed the methodology called "Mais Identidade", which uses facial scanning resources using smartphone photogrammetry, digital models and 3D printing. The patient remains under clinical control and receives psychosocial assistance, with improved quality of life.
