Resumo: Nasal T/NK cell tumor is a subtype of lymphoma whose characteristic is aggressiveness, can cause infiltration and necrosis, and is strongly related to Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) infection. A young patient diagnosed by the medical team with nasal T/NK Lymphoma and submitted to 4 cycles of chemotherapy was referred to the hospital´s dental service complaining of pain in the upper incisors and hard palate. Clinical examination revealed the need for endodontic treatment of the teeth and the presence of an ulcer with a necrotic bed in the hard palate causing oroantral communication. An incisional biopsy of the lesion was performed and the histopathological result was mucormycosis. The patient underwent systemic antifungal treatment, maintained antineoplastic treatment, and a palatal obturator plate was installed to optimize patient comfort. After therapy, the patient showed improvement in pain and necrosis at the site, but maintains oroantral communication with no sign of disease recurrence.
