Resumo: Non-Hodgkin lymphomas are malignant neoplasms of lymphoid cells whose manifestation can occur in the oral cavity, mainly in the palate, gums, oral mucosa, or oropharynx. They are classified into: Diffuse Large B Cell Lymphoma (DLBCL), Follicular Lymphoma, Mantle Cell Lymphoma, Extranodal B Cell Lymphoma of the Marginal Zone, Burkitt´s Lymphoma and T-cell Lymphoma. This paper aims to report a series of cases of lymphomas of the oral cavity, being two cases of T-cell Lymphoma, two of DLBCL and one of Follicular Lymphoma. The diagnosis was obtained by incisional biopsy followed by immunohistochemical examination. Three of the five patients died due to disease progression and two of them are under treatment. The diagnosis of oral cavity lymphomas is challenging due to the low rate of clinical suspicion. The role of the dentist in the diagnosis of oral and maxillofacial alterations of lymphomas is relevant, collaborating to the treatment and prognosis.
