Resumo: Ewing´s sarcoma is an extremely rare tumor, constituting between 6-8% of malignant bone tumors. It is considered the second most common sarcoma in children. Intraoral presentation is considered rare and infrequent.A 61-year-old male patient consulted for increased eyeball volume associated with nosebleeds. On intraoral clinical examination, he presented with a tumor that compromised the palate, alveolar ridge, and mucosa on the left side, measuring approximately 5 x 3 cm, with a hard and painful consistency.CT scan showed a solid lesion that occupied the entire right maxillary sinus with thinning of the roof of the orbit. Histopathology analysis revealed a proliferation of monotonous round cells with fine chromatin nucleoli. The immunohistochemical study was positive for CD99, CD56, FLI-1, and SYNAPTOPHYCIN.The diagnosis of an aggressive Neuroectodermal Tumor (Ewing Sarcoma) was established. Its prognosis in adults is poor, and its management is mainly multimodal, as it is a radiosensitive tumor
