Resumo: Primary care is the gateway to the Unified Health System in Brazil, a place of reception and care, integral treatment and organizing other health care levels. This case series report described four oral medicine cases resolved in primary health care. In three situations, the search for evaluation was due to dental emergency and only one for oral lesion evaluation. Such clinical cases are distinguished by: a man with seventy-six years old and dermal fibrosis on the lip (diagnosis confirmed by biopsy); a woman with twenty-two years old and secondary syphilis on the tongue (serological diagnosis); a woman with seventy-two years old and Pemphigus Vulgaris (diagnosis confirmed by biopsy), a man with Fifty years old and squamous cell carcinoma on the floor of the mouth (diagnosis confirmed by biopsy). Management will be described: reception, diagnosis, and treatment at primary care of Unified Health System.
