Resumo: We present our cases of two patients with Sotos Syndrome who arrived for evaluation at the Stomatology Clinic. One of them was an eight-year-old boy and the other was a seven-year-old girl. Both patients had already been diagnosed with Sotos Syndrome upon arrival at the service, based on genetic investigation of the presence of a probably pathogenic heterozygous variant of the NSD1 gene. Physical examination revealed macrocephaly, widely spaced and oblique eyes, flat nasal tip, receding hairline, and prominent forehead in both patients. The boy also presented polydactyly. Complementary examinations were performed, such as computed tomography scans, magnetic resonance imaging, panoramic radiography, echocardiography, and ultrasounds. The male patient presented a cystic lesion identified in imaging exams, which underwent to puncture revealing bloody citrine content. The female patient was diagnosed with multiple carious lesions. Both patients are under specialized care for multidisciplinary follow-up and treatment.
