Resumo: Canalicular adenoma is a rare benign salivary gland neoplasm, with few reported cases exhibiting a unicystic architecture. Two additional cases with this unusual presentation will be described. A 72-year-old woman presented with a sessile, normochromic, firm nodule measuring 2 cm on the upper lip, with a 2-month history and variations in size. The initial clinical impression was mucocele. The second case involved a male patient with a sessile, normochromic submucosal nodule, measuring 3 cm on the upper lip, with an 18-year history. The clinical diagnostic was fibrous hyperplasia. Both lesions were excised. Histopathologic analysis showed well-circumscribed benign glandular neoplasms with a single cystic cavity and cords of epithelial cells arranged in a single layer. The cells were cuboidal to columnar, with eosinophilic cytoplasm and uniform morphology, occasionally forming duct-like structures. Both cases were diagnosed as unicystic canalicular adenoma.
