Resumo: Objective: This study aimed to critically analyze how healthcare professionals integrate spirituality into pediatriconcology care and its impact on patients. Study design: An integrative review with a qualitative approach was conducted using Embase, BVS, Scielo, PubMed, Scopus, and Cochrane Library. The search strategy combined controlled descriptors "Health Personnel," "Spirituality," "Children," and "Oncology" with the Boolean operator "AND." Studies published between 2019 and 2025 in English were included, while literature reviews were excluded to focus on primary evidence. The selection process involved title screening, abstract analysis, and full-text review, followed by thematic and descriptive synthesis of the data. Results: A total of 122 studies were identified, of which 68 met the inclusion criteria. Only three studies met the eligibility criteria, emphasizing the limited availability of evidence on this topic. The findings suggest that spirituality contributes to emotional support, promotes hope, and reduces stress in pediatric oncology settings. However, important gaps were identified, including the absence of standardized approaches, insufficient professional training, and variability in clinical practices among multidisciplinary teams. Conclusion: Although spirituality demonstrates relevant benefits, its integration into pediatric oncology care remains inconsistent, reinforcing the need for structured training and the systematic incorporation of spiritual care into clinical practice.
