Resumo: The lymphoepithelial cyst is a rare lesion of the oral cavity, accounting for less than 1% of all oral cysts from this region. We report a series of two cases located in the right posterior lateral region of the tongue. The first case involves a 64-year-old female patient. Clinical examination revealed a superficial, papillary, exophytic, and soft lesion measuring 2 mm wide. The second case involves a 48-year-old female patient with a yellowish papillary lesion measuring 3 mm in its greatest diameter. There was no history of drug abuse. In both cases, excisional biopsy was performed. After histopathological analysis, both cases were consistent with lymphoepithelial cyst. The lesions did not recur, and the patients remain under follow-up to date.
