Título: Destructive oral lesions in a young male with Hodgkin Lymphoma

Resumo: A 23-year-old male presented with recurrent sinusitis, endo-periodontal lesion in teeth 15 and 16, and pulp necrosis in tooth 23. Within four weeks, the condition progressed to clinical features suggestive of necrotizing ulcerative periodontitis, including gingival and alveolar bone necrosis, and ulcerated lesions on the palate and mandibular gingiva. Debridement was performed, and the specimen was submitted for histopathological analysis, yielding an inconclusive result suggestive of a granulomatous inflammatory reaction. A subsequent biopsy revealed a malignant lymphoid neoplasm. Immunohistochemistry was positive for CD30, EBV LMP1, Ki-67, PAX5, and MUM1, and negative for CK-PAN, CD20, CD3, CD56, ALK1, CD4, CD8, CD2, CD43, CD15, granzyme B, and CD45 (LCA), confirming Hodgkin lymphoma. The patient was referred to onco-hematological treatment and remains under regular follow-up.
