Resumo: Vascular lesions are relatively common in clinical practice and may cause functional and aesthetic impairment. This study reports a case series of oral vascular lesions treated by diode laser photocoagulation. Five patients (4 females, 1 male; mean age: 57 years) were included. Three patients presented with nodular lesions-two located on the lower lip and one on the upper lip-while two patients exhibited extensive lesions on the buccal mucosa with an irregular surface. Diagnosis was based on clinical examination. Photocoagulation was performed using a diode laser (3.0 W, continuous mode, non-contact, 2-3 mm distance) at 15-day intervals. Smaller lesions showed faster partial resolution after fewer sessions, with satisfactory aesthetic outcomes. The extensive lesions demonstrated partial regression, with residual clinical presence but significant improvement. Laser photocoagulation appears to be an effective and minimally invasive approach for managing oral vascular lesions, although findings are limited by the descriptive nature of this case series.
