Resumo: The aim of this study is to report three cases of nasolabial cyst, highlighting their clinical, imaging, and histopathological features. Three female patients, aged 38, 57, and 73 years, presented with swelling in the anterior maxillary region. The 38-year-old patient exhibited a fluctuant swelling associated with nasolabial elevation and nasal obstruction, previously treated unsuccessfully as an odontogenic abscess. The 57-year-old patient presented with an asymptomatic fibroelastic nodule in the anterior vestibule without nasolabial elevation, showing intense epithelial proliferation, swirling patterns, and calcified material on histopathological examination, supported by immunohistochemistry. The 73-year-old patient presented with a fluctuant swelling without nasal obstruction. In two cases, computed tomography revealed a cup-shaped bone depression. All patients underwent excisional biopsy with diagnostic confirmation and remain under follow-up without recurrence. It is concluded that the nasolabial cyst shows relevant clinical variability, reinforcing the importance of accurate diagnosis.
