Resumo: A 15-year-old female with cerebral palsy presented with a multilocular, well-defined radiolucent lesion involving the left mandibular body and ramus, associated with the developing tooth 38. After 1 year and 10 months, the lesion exhibited progressive growth, locally aggressive behavior, and intraoral expansion. Incisional biopsy revealed a benign odontogenic neoplasm with plexiform and follicular patterns, associated with chronic inflammatory infiltrate, suppuration, and a plant-based foreign body. The vegetal material showed strong PAS positivity and birefringence under polarized light, consistent with citrus seed structures. A diagnosis of ameloblastoma associated with a foreign body reaction was established. The patient underwent surgical resection and remains under clinical and radiographic follow-up. This case highlights an unusual association that may contribute to secondary inflammation and clinical progression.
