Resumo: This study presents a series of 7 cases of recurrent intraosseous ameloblastoma in soft tissue, aiming to describe their clinical, diagnostic, and therapeutic features. This is a multicenter retrospective study based on medical records, imaging studies, and clinical-surgical data. Patients ranged from 37 to 65 years of age, with a predominance of females, and the mandible was the most commonly affected primary site. The time to first recurrence ranged from 2 to 27 years. Recurrences mainly presented as nodules, swelling, pain, or ulceration, involving both superficial tissues and deeper facial spaces. Diagnosis was established through clinical evaluation and imaging studies, with confirmation during surgical management. Treatment was predominantly surgical, ranging from local excision to more extensive resections. All cases presented multiple recurrences, with variable clinical outcomes. These findings highlight the importance of long-term follow-up due to the late and unpredictable behavior of the disease.
