Resumo: Pulse granuloma (hyaline ring granuloma) is an uncommon reactive lesion associated with vegetable matter, typically occurring in posterior mandibular regions and linked to post-extraction sites, odontogenic cysts, and chronic periapical lesions. Three cases in female patients aged 10, 19, and 58 years are reported, cone-beam computed tomography (CBCT) revealed hypodense lesions in three different locations, one in each case: associated with an impacted tooth (2.3); right mandibular ramus with prior dentigerous cyst in tooth 4.8; and mesial root of tooth 1.6. Surgical excision was performed, and histopathological evaluation revealed hyaline areas, chronic inflammatory infiltrate, multinucleated giant cells, and foreign material consistent with vegetable origin, confirming pulse granuloma, associated with dentigerous cyst in first and second case and periapical granuloma in third case. All cases showed complete resolution without recurrence. Pulse granuloma may be found in association with different odontogenic lesions. Histopathology is essential for accurate diagnosis.
