Resumo: The aim of this study was to report a case of pleomorphic adenoma presenting as a long-standing nodular lesion of the lower lip in a 33-year-old woman. The patient complained of increased volume in the region with a 10-year history and no noticeable change in size. Intraoral examination revealed a painless, well-circumscribed submucosal nodule located in the lower labial mucosa. The lesion had firm consistency on palpation, fixed to adjacent tissues, measuring approximately 2 cm in its greatest dimension, and was covered by intact mucosa of normal color. An excisional biopsy was performed, and histopathological examination was consistent with pleomorphic adenoma. The postoperative course was uneventful, and no recurrence has been observed after 6 months of follow-up. Although rare in the lower lip, pleomorphic adenoma should be included in the differential diagnosis of slow-growing, firm, and asymptomatic nodules in this region.
