Resumo: A pediatric patient underwent partial rhinectomy with extension to the philtrum for myoepithelial carcinoma of the nasal tip and nasolabial region, after five cycles of preoperative chemotherapy and radiotherapy. Diagnostic work up included clinical, imaging and histopathological evaluation, confirming a rare malignant soft tissue tumor in the nasal region. Multidisciplinary management involved pediatric oncology, head and neck surgery, psychology, social work and oral and maxillofacial prosthodontics. Staged nasal prosthetic rehabilitation was performed using photogrammetry based planning and serial silicone prostheses with progressive sculpture, intrinsic characterization and nasal opening refinement, aiming to restore nasal contour, airway function and facial aesthetics. Long term follow up is mandatory due to the risk of local recurrence and pulmonary metastasis.
