Resumo: Nasolabial cyst is a rare non-odontogenic soft tissue lesion. Two clinical cases are reported. In case 1, a 50-year-old woman presented swelling in the anterior maxillary vestibule with a one-year history, associated with elevation of the nasal ala and respiratory difficulty. During imaging evaluation for implant planning, cone-beam computed tomography revealed alteration of the cortical contour of the nasal cavity with soft-tissue density, suggesting an extraosseous lesion with remodeling of the adjacent cortical bone. Surgical excision was performed, and histopathological examination revealed a cystic capsule composed of dense connective tissue lined by pseudostratified columnar epithelium with mucous cells, confirming the diagnosis of nasolabial cyst. The patient has been followed for nine months with no recurrence. In case 2, a 70-year-old woman presented painless swelling in the upper labial mucosa causing obliteration of the anterior vestibular sulcus. Excisional biopsy confirmed nasolabial cyst, and the patient remains under follow-up without recurrence.
