Resumo: Oral lymphoepithelial cyst (OLC) is an uncommon benign cystic lesion of the oral cavity. This case series reports five asymptomatic OLCs located on the posterior lateral border of the tongue in female patients aged 39-62 years. Clinically, all lesions presented as small, well-defined, submucosal nodules with yellowish coloration. Excisional biopsy was performed in all cases. Histopathological examination revealed cystic cavities lined by stratified squamous epithelium and surrounded by lymphoid tissue with germinal centers, confirming the diagnosis. Surgical excision was definitive in all patients. Postoperative recovery was uneventful, and no recurrences were observed during follow-up. OLC should be considered in the differential diagnosis of small yellowish nodules of the tongue.
