Resumo: Antiphospholipid antibody syndrome (APS) is an autoimmune disease that increases the risk of thrombotic complications. Psoriatic arthritis is a chronic inflammatory disease of the spondyloarthritis group. A 39-years old male came to the dentist with a poor oral condition, and multiple tooth extractions were indicated. A panoramic radiograph was taken for surgical planning. Due to the APS and psoriatic arthritis, the surgical procedure was performed in a hospital environment under general and local anesthesia. Laboratory test were performed before the surgery. No post-operative complications were observed.
