Resumo: A 38-year-old female patient presents with mild swelling and purulent discharge in the anterior palate, with a 5-year history. CBCT examination revealed a lesion involving teeth 15 and 14, with buccal cortical bone perforation, as well as a lesion on tooth 13, which shows crown loss. The images also revealed a supernumerary tooth. A hypodense area was identified in the apical region of tooth 12, extending to the crown of the supernumerary tooth, perforating the palatal cortical bone. Additionally, a hypodense area was seen involving teeth 21, 22, and the mesial surface of tooth 23, with palatal cortical bone perforation of the alveolar ridge. The patient underwent surgery with enucleation, curettage, and histopathological analysis, confirming an inflammatory odontogenic cyst. She is in good general condition, reporting paresthesia in the mucosa and palate. A follow-up and reevaluation approach was chosen. Early diagnosis and proper treatment are essential for a favorable prognosis.
