Resumo: Facial hemiparalysis compromises facial symmetry and functionality, negatively affecting quality of life, particularly in emotional and social aspects. Objective: This study evaluated the impact of orofacial harmonization techniques, such as SMAS temporal lifting and botulinum toxin application, on five patients with facial hemiparalysis. Study Design: Using the OHIP-14 and OES questionnaires applied before and after the procedures. Results: Significant reductions were observed in the negative impacts of the condition on quality of life (OHIP-14 from 31 to 16.6) and increased aesthetic satisfaction (OES from 24 to 74), with notable improvements in physical pain, psychological disability, and facial symmetry perception. Patients reported greater confidence in social interactions and improved self-esteem, reflecting therapeutic benefits beyond aesthetics. Conclusion: Facial reanatomization is effective in promoting functional, aesthetic, and psychosocial benefits, with future studies involving larger samples and longer follow-up needed to validate these findings and expand its clinical application.
