Resumo: Hereditary Hemorrhagic Telangiectasia (HHT) is an autosomal dominant disorder characterized by vascular dysplasia, mucocutaneous telangiectasias, and recurrent epistaxis. This report describes the case of a 39-year-old male referred to a university dental clinic for evaluation of oral lesions. Clinical examination revealed multiple pinpoint hemorrhagic spots on the hard palate, lower lip, and tongue. A hematologic disorder was initially suspected, and laboratory tests were performed. The patient reported a family history of similar lesions. Clinical examination of his mother revealed identical findings. Based on the clinical presentation and positive family history, a diagnosis of HHT was established using the Curaçao criteria. The patient was referred for multidisciplinary evaluation and is undergoing regular monitoring focused on bleeding prevention and the detection of arteriovenous malformations. This case underscores the importance of recognizing oral indicators of systemic conditions and the value of an integrated diagnostic and therapeutic approach.
