Resumo: Objective: To analyze the spatial distribution and sociodemographic profile of oral lesions diagnosed by biopsy at the Dental Specialty Center (CEO) in Fernandópolis/SP in 2024. Study Design: Descriptive, observational, cross-sectional study based on secondary data from histopathological reports. Patient addresses were georeferenced into geographic coordinates using Geographic Information System (GIS) tools. Clinical and sociodemographic variables such as age, sex, race, anatomical site, diagnosis, and clinical management were included. Kernel density estimation was performed in ArcMap (educational license), with a smoothing radius defined by Silverman's rule. Results: The spatial distribution revealed lesion clusters in specific Family Health Strategy (FHS) coverage areas, suggesting territorial disparities in access to diagnosis. Most patients were elderly, white, and retired, with lesions primarily located in the labial mucosa, vestibule, and alveolar ridge. The most frequent diagnoses were squamous cell carcinoma and inflammatory hyperplasia.
