Resumo: Odontogenic clear cell carcinoma (OCCC) is a rare and aggressive gnathic bone tumor characterized by clear cell differentiation. Clinically, it may present with swelling, pain, lower lip paresthesia, and bony expansion, predominantly affecting the mandible in individuals over 50 years of age. This paper reports an uncommon case of OCCC in a 39-year-old woman presenting with a painless, firm, sessile nodule on the lingual aspect of the left mandible (central incisor to first premolar), persisting for three months. Medical history was unremarkable, extraoral examination revealed no abnormalities. Imaging findings-panoramic radiography and computed tomography demonstrated a well-circumscribed, expansile intraosseous lesion with mixed radiolucent-hyperdense features. Treatment consisted of surgical resection with clear margins. The diagnosis was confirmed by histopathological examination. At one-year follow-up, no recurrence was observed.
