Título: ATYPICAL MANIFESTATION OF ANGIOLEIOMYOMA: A CASE REPORT

Resumo: Angioleiomyoma is a leiomyoma variant that vary rarely occurs oral cavity. Is a soft tissue neoplasm, with slow-growing, clinically difficult to distinguish from other mesenchymal tumors or salivary gland origin. We report a case of the entities, this study aims to reporting a clinical case of a 50-year-old male patient complaining of swelling in the left hemifacial region, with no associated pain. Clinically, a nodular mass with firm consistency was observed in the masseter and parotid region. Complementary imaging exams were performed, followed by an excisional biopsy of the lesion, which was sent for histopathological analysis. The results confirmed the diagnosis of angioleiomyoma. The patient remains under clinical follow-up through the progress of complementary exams.
