Título: ORAL MANIFESTATIONS OF GARDNERS SYNDROME: AN UNUSUAL CASE REPORT

Resumo: A 46-year-old woman was referred by an external dentist due to a progressive increase in maxillary volume. Her medical history included migraines, sinusitis, chronic gastritis, and prior removal of intestinal and gastric polyps, an adrenal cortex adenoma, and a desmoid tumor in the rectus abdominis muscle. Extraoral examination revealed slight swelling in the right hemiface. Intraorally, a firm, discolored, and well-circumscribed mass was observed near the right nasal wing, with tenderness on palpation. Sinus tomography showed hyperdense, well-defined areas in the right maxillary and frontal sinuses, leading to a clinical and imaging diagnosis of osteoma. Based on clinical findings, imaging, and family history, Gardners syndrome was diagnosed. The patient remains under follow-up, with no reported complications to date.
