Título: ACTINIC KERATOSIS WITHOUT DYSPLASIA AND SEBACEOUS ADENOMA

Resumo: A 56-year-old white male patient was referred to the oral medicine service with a orofacial pain symptoms. The patient had familial history oral of melanoma. During clinical evaluation it was noted a 0,5 cm black pigmented plaque on the malar region and a 2,0 cm sessile normochromic nodule left eyebrow. Preoperative hematological exams were within normal limits and the patient underwent excisional biopsies of the lesions, which aesthetic planning, respecting the tension lines of the face and an aesthetic suture. The clinical hypothesis of the lesions included cutaneous melanoma, actinic keratosis and basal cell carcinoma. Histopathological reports diagnosed an Actinic Keratosis without dysplasia and Sebaceous Adenoma. The patient revealed satisfactory recovery with more than four months post surgical follow up.
