Resumo: A 36-year-old female patient presented to the stomatology service with multiple asymptomatic vascular lesions on the dorsal, ventral, and lateral borders of the tongue, as well as on the left lower lip, left soft palate, and left labial commissure, with a long-standing evolution. Fear of professional intervention led to the absence of prior treatment. Clinical examinations, associated with diascopy and angiotomography, confirmed the diagnosis of multiple hemangiomas. A conservative approach was chosen, employing high-power defocused laser photocoagulation (GEMINI EVO, 2.0W) in 10 biweekly sessions. Significant lesion regression in both volume and extent was observed without adverse events. Follow-up examinations indicate stable condition with no recurrence to date. Multiple hemangiomas pose a therapeutic challenge due to hemorrhagic risk and anatomical complexity. In this context, laser photocoagulation emerges as a safe, effective, and minimally invasive strategy, enabling selective devascularization with minimal side effects.
