Título: RARE MANIFESTATION OF BRONCHOGENIC CYST ON THE DORSUM OF THE TONGUE

Resumo: A 26 years old male patient, presented with a chief complaint of a "lump" on the tongue that had been present since birth and had significantly increased in size in recent months. Both the patient and his parents were healthy, and he had no history of habits or addictions. General physical examination showed no abnormalities, and during the intraoral examination, a large blister was observed, which completely regressed following a puncture and aspiration maneuver guided by ultrasound of the region, revealing a brown-colored fluid. An incisional biopsy was recommended, and the diagnosis was an unusual bronchogenic cyst. During the initial consultation and biopsy, the patient provided us with videos of the lesion draining, which will be presented. The patient was referred for surgical removal under general anesthesia but decided not to proceed with the procedure. These cysts are more commonly found in the mediastinun.Lingual manifestation is extremely rare.
