Resumo: Early diagnosis of oral lymphomas is crucial for therapeutic success. We report a case of nasal-type T/NK lymphoma, initially manifested as na ulcerated lesion in the oral cavity, highlighting its aggressiveness and rapid progression to death. The 58-year-old female patient sought dental care due to na oral wound that had not healed for 30 days. Clinical examination revealed na ulcerated, painful lesion with raised, irregular borders in the anterior region of the maxilla, adjacent to the nasopalatine canal. Na incisional biopsy was performed, and the tissue sample was sent for histopathological analysis, revealing a neoplastic proliferation of small, round cells with hyperchromatic nuclei. Immunohistochemical reactions showed positivity for CD3, LCA, Granzyme B, CD56, Ki-67 (80%), and EBER, which confirmed the diagnosis of nasal-type T/NK lymphoma. The patient was referred to the oncology department to start chemotherapy. However, she died 15 days after the initiation of chemother.
